Brief Answer:
Repeat PSA after 3 months.

Detailed Answer:
Good Day and thank you for being with Healthcare Magic!

Will definitely increase PSA since it will cause some form of irritation in the prostate and ejaculatory ducts.

The significant decrease in your Psa is a good sign and may point to a benign etiology. Was it done in the same laboratory ?

You may repeat your PSA after three months to see if it remains the same or is elevated.
