Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. Allergy to specific fruits such as XXXXXXX is rare. Avoidance is the best treatment.

2. It is possible to test the middle ear pressures by Impedance Audiometry (Tympanogram). There may also be post nasal drip from the sinuses or acid reflux.

3. The masala used to artificially ripen mangoes contains calcium carbide sometimes also contaminated by traces of arsenic and phosphorus. Acetylene gas is formed which is also an irritant. Avoid unseasonal mangoes and select mangoes with uniform color.

4. Try avoiding the XXXXXXX peel and let me know the difference, if any. Also upload a Tympanogram (Impedance Audiogram).

I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any further questions, I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
