Brief Answer:
You should be investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Pain in the right lower quadrant of the abdomen can be due to Twisted Right Ovarian cyst, Pelvic inflammatory disease, Appendicitis, Right sided Ureteric stone and a few other conditions.

Ultrasound abdomen will give a clue.

To avoid constipation, you should drink plenty of liquids, eat high fiber diet, fresh fruits and vegetables.

Please discuss this with your doctor and proceed further.

Please do come back after Ultrasound, I'll clarify further. Feel free to ask in case of any further queries.

Wish you good health.
