Brief Answer:
Upper respiratory infection with chronic sinusitis.

Detailed Answer:
Dr. Hanif warmly welcomes you!

Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully worked through your case, and can well realize your health worries. Being your physician, I want to assure, I will take care all of your medical concerns.

You seem to have a chronic sinusitis and superseded by upper respiratory infection. Sinusitis has many reasons to remain for so long.

There may be:-
**A nasal polyp which causes all the problems you have got.
**Paranasal sinus infections due to the mucosal invasion by some pathogen or irritation due to some allergic process.
**Nasal septal defect is one of the major causes for such disease as you have got.
**Others are Tonsillitis, pharyngitis etc etc to list some of them.

I will prefer to put you on Azithromycin class of antibiotic if not allergic to, by mouth for 2 weeks. (it needs a prescription from your physician).
Plus, tablet Ibuprofen for 10 days.
Plus, tablet Ebastine for 3 weeks.
Plus, Equate nasal spray (OTC available, Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride Nasal Decongestant). Plus, Fluticasone nasal spray. Use both the spray for 3 weeks.

If you feel these medication doesn't work any more for you, consult an otorhinolaryngologist for proper physical examination and treatment of the cause. There may be a need of sinuplasty and surgical septoplasty.

Hope I answered all of your questions. In future, if you need further, detailed and quick assistance on any health issue, feel free to ask me a question by writing my name as a reference in the start of your question. I will get back to you right away. Have a wonderful time ahead.
