Thank you for providing the requested pictures. I do apologise for the delayed reply as we were facing technical problems. Thankfully, they are already settled.

I have gone through the pictures you sent to me and I noted as following :
- there is an operation mark on the abdomen (laparotomy ). May I know what operation did he go through and when?

- this mark is inflammed and there is an abscesses formed at its end, above the belly button

Oral antibiotics are advised together with local medication

- the white thing you reported is the skin striations due to obesity. They look inflammed. So, apart oral antibiotics, he needs anti inflammatory medications ( paracetamol, ibuprofen etc)

- immediate consultation with dermatologist is asvised and with the surgeon who ran laparotomy to get immediate treatment.

Diabetes testing is also advised.
