10 Years ago im guessing maybe 12

I have been waking with stomach nausea and bloating pressure feeling lately. Today I feel miserable, I would rather be resting in bed. I have a feeling that its too much worrying. But it also has been since my most recent medicine changes.
Below is my list of prescriptions.

PROAIR HFA AER Old active RX
     PROPRANOLOL TAB 20MG Stopped
BUSPIRONE TAB 5MG Stopped Not refilled by Psychiatrist
QVAR AER 40MCG Old RX Changed to FLovent
ESCITALOPRAM TAB 10MG Old RX Changed to Citalopram by Psyc
     CITALOPRAM TAB 40MG Recently Added
FLOVENT HFA AER 44MCG Recently Added
ALPRAZOLAM TAB 0.5MG Old Active RX
Lipitor 10mg Old Active RX

Ever since I added and started Citalopram and Flovent, i have slowly been getting the stomach nausea, dry heaves and pressure to abdomen.

It any of the meds on the list a possible reason or is my super high panic level to blame. Spend enough time considering the med list before saying Panic is the cause, JUST IN CASE there might be a possible bad interaction.

That is the RX that the Local pulmonologist got angry with the prescriber. something with a interaction of a beta blocker and other meds

I thought you would say that,

What has me worse. Too much work to get done at job with great pressure, Home life, nothing on a new Job. Just more stress I guess. My body is too sensitive to every sensation that it triggers the panic and when I combine it with the above, i have a much worse time. At least its the weekend coming. I will have work to do, but no feeling of someone watching me get it done.

You know, I have asked myself that but I am not sure. It seems like I have become more anxious since changing to the new anti depressant

I need to find out how long i need to be on the Citalopram before and decisions on a change can be considered

Sorry for your weekend.
What happened?
Well, I am not 100% sure about the cause (stress and anxiety), but stress and anxiety are the biggest aggravators for you.
Please let me know what is your pulse rate?

Brief Answer:
Don't worry much. I think you should get your self checked for sleep apnea.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.

In my opinion, you should definitely get your self checked for sleep apnea. So get done sleep study to know the severity of the disease.
And uncontrolled stress, anxiety and panic further worsen the underlying lung condition. So you are more symptomatic when you are having stress and anxiety.
Well this is my assumption only.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.

This is a question for understanding if any similarity exists
I remember reading on copd when mom was alive and dealing with it, that you avoid strenuous activity to avoid the sob,

When panic disorder takes over and makes breathing harder with inflammation, is it normal for the body to want to do less so not to feel winded too.

So this would be a panic issue hat needs to come down by rest and light exercise and to not think of it

Oh, hey. When chronic panic disorder exists, can you trigger a attack when sleeping or let's say that differently and say can a thought or dream during sleep trigger an attack when over sensitized??? I'm laying down right now. Resting, I think by occupying my curious mind traveling the Internet in between our texts

Will you believe me if I tell you something?
Please don't think too much or search on Internet too much.
This might cause more panics, stress and anxiety.
This is my belief as far as I know you.
So please just relax on bed, listen to music or watch your favorite show on television.
In short, do things which make you happy.
Don't read or surf more about your symptoms.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
