What Causes Dizziness When I Lie Down?

Question: i am very dizzy even while laying down, my stomach is terribly upset. I feel very nauseated. I have not eaten since last night,
And did not eat anything that could make me feel sick. I do not think its food poisoning I am also dehydrated.

It is most likely an indigestion. Let me suggest the following--

Boil some ginger in water, add lemon juice and salt and drink this. Also take a capsule of Omeprazole twice a day before food for two days.

If there is no relief, you may need a blood test to rule out jaundice
