Posted on Tue, 1 Sep 2015
Question: I have feeling dizzy, have a slight headache and have ringing in my ears. I should note that I have TMJ and tinnitus - have for years. The onset of these recent symptoms have been over the course of a month. Any ideas?

Brief Answer:
Probably blood pressure changes.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

One possible explanation of your new symptoms could be changes of blood pressure valves.

I see, you use drugs about depression, low thyroid function and against herpesvirus infection.

Another possible cause of your dizziness and headaches could be insufficient control of depression and thyroid gland function.

I suggest you to measure periodically (three times a day eg.) your blood pressure for a couple of days.

If abnormal values of blood pressure, then this could be the cause of your new symptoms.

If not, good control of depression and thyroid hormone levels are needed.

I suggest you to discuss with your primary care Doctor about these issues.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Take care.
