Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your query.
2 possibilities come to my mind.
1. A possible gastritis, the chemical taste can suggest that. Severe gastriris is known to cause dizziness too.
2. A possible heart condition. This may explain the dizziness and also the sudden onset since the 4 days. The taste in the mouth may be sudden nausea that may accompany the dizziness.
I will suggest testing a echocardiography and stress test.
Meanwhile start Tab Pantoprazole 40 mg in the morning. If you don't get this over the counter, you can start prilosec OTC as an alternative.

Best of luck.
