HI

Greetings from Dr.Divakara.P
Thanks for posting your query.

I need more information on your Pain .

1. Nature of pain -- Burning, pricking or squeezing.
2. Is the pain continuous or intermittent.
3. Does intake of food increases pain?
4. Is his motions proper?
5. Any Urinary problems ?

Looking at the site the possibilities are Appendicitis, Kidney stones, Kidney infections, hernia or problems in ovaries. The dizziness can be due to pain you are experiencing.

I would recommend you to get Ultrasound abdomen pelvis scan and urine routine tests.

Kindly revert back with details asked and the test reports.

Will be looking forward for your reply.
