Brief Answer:
Possible oscillations in blood pressure/glucose levels as following...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns.

Having a feeling of dizziness, darkness around eyes, mild headache and feeling like passing out after eating is suggestive for possible:
- low blood pressure (bp)
- low blood glucose level (bgl)

I usually advise my patients with the same problems as you to measure the bp and bgl when they have such episodes.

In your case, you have eating garlic which is known to reduce bp and give the symptoms similar to yours.

It has nothing to do with calories you take, but with what you take and how they affect your bp and bgl.

Another possible option could be if you have eaten fast and large portions. This will cause compression of vagal nerve (which is also called vaso-vagal reaction).

I advise to:
- eat often and small portions, chew up slowly
- avoid foods/spices that would cause low bp or bgl like garlic, etc.
- increase water intake

Hope it was of help!
