Brief Answer:
Holter monitoring is advised...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

Your symptoms are indicative for premature ventricular complex (arrhythmia). If you have not run any Holter monitoring until now, I advise to run it as it will determine the type of arrhythmia.

If you already ran Holter monitoring, and nothing was found, then, I advise to:
- control blood pressure (avoid spikes) through medications, lifestyle and diet changes
- try to control stress
- avoid foods that would trigger heart rate changes (containing caffeine).

However if you done holter monitoring, can you upload the reports for me so i can check by myself.

All the best!

Brief Answer:
It's not a heart problem, use lower doses...

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome back!

It's not a problem on your heart, only Concor 5 mg is a large dose for you. I recommend starting a lower dose 1.25mg (one quarter of concor 5mg), in order to control arhythmia and to avoid bradycardia.

Hope you find this information helpful!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome back!

You should take atenolol only when your pulse is over 110/min in order to stabilize tachycardia.

It's recommended to take atenolol for a few days, when you are in situations with a lot of stress.

Wish you all the best!
