Brief Answer:
Most commonly it is because of improper technique.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care magic.

I reviewed your history.
I can understand your concern.

First and foremost I would like to say that there is no need to worry or to get shy it is a common problem and this can be corrected by proper education and technique.
Newly married couple will often come with this complaint. Since you have not provided much details like age, name, sex, duration of marriage.... I would first like to answer this question generally which is applicable for both the sexes.

The most common causes in females are
Contraction of the vagina called as vaginsmus. This occurs because of fear, not enough involvement, attempting to insert penis too early in the course of sex. This can be overcome by relaxing and getting the confidence of female partner. This can also occur because of fear of pain if it has caused previously.

Untorn Hymen membrane. Usually in virgins a membrane called as hymen membrane is present in the vagina and it will be torn after sexual intercourse and if this membrane is tough it will prevent further deeper penetration.

The most common cause in males is improper technique and premature ejaculation.
Hence I advice you never to hesitate, do discuss with your partner and if needed you can consult a Gynecologist for female problems or a sexologist in case of general problems.

Do write back to me for further questions.
Wishing you a good health.

Thank you

Brief Answer:
Viagara is not required in your case.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Healthcaremagic

I reviewed your history.
The tightness of vagina indicates vaginsmus. This occurs commonly as a result of fear, not involvement of the female partner in the sexual intercourse as I had answered in the previous question. This is one of the common problems in newly married females and many come to us with this problem in my general practice and with discussion and counselling they will do well.

Hence you need to discuss with your female partner and gain her confidence and if required a counselling can be taken to overcome the fear.

Regarding viagara, it is not a better option in your case. It is prescribed for the problem of erectile dysfunction of the penis and not for this problem.
As you are not having the problem of erection viagara is not required for you.
Hope I have answered your question.

Thank you
With regards
