Question: Two weeks before, diarrhea, vomiting and fever started for me. I took Eldoper tablet and diarrhea stopped. Vomiting continued. I took domperidone tablets and drank ginger-garlic juice for two days and vomiting stopped. But later loose motion started. Right now i have semi- loose motion. And Whenever I eat spicy food or food other than rice I go to toilet. I don"t have fever or stomach pain. What is my problem?

Brief Answer:
it could be non-specific colitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It seems like you developed a non-specific colitis due to food poisoning.

In my view, you should get a stool routine test done. If there is infection, you need to take effective intestinal antibiotics for a full course. I usually prescribe my patients a full course of Noflox TZ, if infection is confirmed.

Please take a full cup of fresh curd daily. Take healthy diet, avoid spicy and high fatty and oily food. Take more of vegetables and fruits.

Get well soon.
