Brief Answer:
Seems viral gastroenteritis..follow advice as below...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns.

Let me summarize your case:
- 66 years old male
- symptoms: upset stomach and diarrhea since Nov 7 every morning after eating breakfast; feeling nauseated most of the day

Upset stomach and diarrhea are signs of gastroenteritis. As this has lasted for 4 days, it's an acute onset (acute viral gastroenteritis). Unless it has been repeated for several times apart these last days.

Changes in your diet are required; avoid high carb or high calorie foods/oily/chilly/spicy that would precipitate the symptoms.

Bland diet is the best in cases of diarrhea and upset stomach: can eat crackers, toast, apple sauce, soups/broth, rice, banana, yogurt, low fat dairies, fruits/vegetables, etc.

Take antacids after meals as upset stomach is often associated with stomach hyperacidity.
Take tasectan or pepto bismol for diarrhea.
Probiotics will help stabilize your intestinal flora.
Increase fluids intake, plain water with oral rehydration salts (ORS) will help replace the lost fluids and electrolytes.

If after these adjustments, your symptoms will persist, then, should consult with gastroenterogist, run stool culture and abdominal ultrasound and liver function test to rule out other pathologies (for example those related to gallbladder or infection of bowels).

Hope this helps. Wish fast recovery.
