Brief Answer:
First cause need to be identified

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for healthcaremagic.

Gradual decline of libido is a significant factor and in such cases there is chance that you are having some organic cause.

Before we proceed I request you to provide following details.

1 Do you have any sexual intercourse in last one year. If yes what was the problem encountered?
2. If yes what was the result of intercourse?
3. Do you get your penis erected while you come out of the bed or in early morning?
4.Do you have erection while watching porn?
5. Do you masturbate, if yes frequency per week?
6. What medication you are taking now? If any provide the details like duration of prescription, doses and reason for prescription
7. Your occupational details.
8. Do you have any chronic stresses in life? If any please elaborate
9. Do you have any recent stress in last one year?
10. Do you suffer from any psychiatric illness like depression or anxiety?

Other than this please get your hormone profile done including serum LH, FSH, Testosterone and TSH as soon as possible.

I hope you will answer these questions in great detail so I can identify cause for loss of libido.

I was recently told I have empty sella found on a MRI. Also found low testosterone. I feel very fatiuged and can't handle stress very well. This has been going on for 3 to 5 years. Could I have a pituitary problem affecting other hormones such as cortisol. Thanks Jim C.

Sir, I am experiencing continuing hair loss (thinning to scalp area) approximately three months after discontinuing the use of Androgel for low testosterone. I am 53 y/o and had a full head of hair before using Androgel for two months. What can I do to stop/reverse hair loss? Thank You.

I'm 28 years old and feel like I am thinking through cotton wool. 6 years ago I had my T checked and it was low then (I was having Erection issues) but the doctor said it was within normal ranges.

I also find energy severely lacking in the afternoons and general motivation very difficult to muster. My latest results of total test were 9.8 nmol/L

I also had an undescended testes as a baby (surgically brought down).

I went on modafinil thinking I had adhd because of my inability to focus, poor memory and energy though it may not be the case.
