Question: I have small dark spots in my Armpits, they showed up a month or two ago. They don't itch or hurt, neither has grown in size or are hairy. What can it be?

Seems to be post inflammatory hyperpigmentation

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached and it seems to be post inflammatory hyperpigmentation to some unnoticed folliculitis or acneform eruption in the past.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply depigmenting cream containing kojic acid on the dark spots twice daily for 6-8 weeks.
This should resolve them.
This cream could be a prescription drug and you need to see the doctor in person to get it.
