Brief Answer: Eczema / Dyshidrotic dermatitis Detailed Answer: Hi, A good picture under the sunlight could be useful. We do a lot of stuff with hands and palms get in contact with some material which it is not used to. There are a lot of conditions that cause dark itchy spots but contact dermatitis and eczema are common. If it is dry dyshidrotic dermatitis is also known. You can use over the counter hydrocortisone cream plus CALAMINE lotion alternatively three times a day before you visit a doctor. If the itching spread to the finger webs and you see fluid filled vesicles then scabies should be ruled out.
