Question: Hi im a 47 year old women two weeks ago i have my period , and since yesterday i have a dark blood discharge and pain in my ovaries and lower back .should i be worry

Mid cycle spotting and bleeding with pain in abdomen is not normal in a 46 years female.
It can be due to fibroid in the uterus, endometrial pathologies etc.
