What Causes Cracks, Bumps And Red Spots On Penile Head After Oral Sex?

Question: Specailist doctors please help
I went to see my family doctor he cant sure what to treat this problem
All STDs negative, UTI negative, no baterail or germ at all
So what can cause the penia to be like this?:(
My head of penis used tobe smooth and nothing on it
Now it cracks, bumps patches and redness spot After received oral sex
What treatment should I take please?

Nothing serious to be worried. I saw the picture sent by you. What you have is balanoposthitis (inflammation of the glans Penis and foreskin). It could either be due to yeast infection or allergy to saliva. Not a serious STD or HIV problem. Consult your physician and get well soon.

Im worrying in will not go away
Any susgestuon for treatment please
It also swelling on the meatus, raw skin inside the openning urethra and leaking after peeing
