Hi, thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I went through your query and understood your concerns.

For my patients with similar complaints first I would like get complete history.

1. cough since how many days?
2. any sore throat?
3. eating outside recently in the past?
4. description on pain in stomach?

Clunical examination, depending on examination findings you may require few tests.

Resporatory tract infection can result in these symptoms and vigorous coughing can cause pain abdomen.

These are measures to reduce your symptoms.
salt warm water gargling 3 times a day.
Steam inhalation.
mucolytic with expectorant syrup.
Antibiotic in case of infection.
Antacids to reduce acidity.

As your condition requires physical examination better to consult your doctor and get evaluated.

Hope I answered your query. Feel free to ask further related query.
