Question
What should I do? Chest congested, hard cough but nothing coming loose. Head ache, body aches and just measured almost 100 degrees.

In my opinion, you should start N acetyl cystine (NAC).
It is mucolytic and expectorant drug.
It willingly help in chest congestion and cough.
