What Causes Constant Twitching Of Stomach Muscles?

Question: I have an ongoing twitching of a muscle it feels like in my stomach area, most noticeable
when I put my hand against the mid-right side, I can feel it then. I have noticed it at times
in the past but lately it is more noticeable. What could cause this sensation?? It does not
disable me. I'm not sick or having stomach trouble of any kind. No change in bowel habits.
No sharp pain or anything like that. Just enough twitching to make me feel something must be causing
it.

Mid right side above refers to my stomach area, not my side.
