Brief Answer:
Follow the suggestions below,,,,

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

1. You are reporting to have stomach ache associated with pinching in your intestines. My first opinion is that you might be having stomach flu, especially if you are also having other flu symptoms like fever, sneezing, headache, runny nose, etc.

2. Another cause might be gastritis/ulcer. Abdominal ultrasound and upper endoscopy are advised to rule it out.

3. If none of 1 and 2, then, a diverticulitis flare up is to be considered too through colonoscopy and abdominal ultrasound.

Hope it was of help!
