What Causes Constant Ringing In My Left Ear?

Question: Sir I hear constant noise in my left ear since morning I went to a doctor he told me to have ebast Dc just for one day and didn't get relief otherwise I have no pain n no problem in hearing what should I do

Use Steam Inhalation twice daily,
decongestant nasal drops like otrivin 3 drop thrice daily on left nose &
continue ebast Dc for 7 days .

I also don't have loose or blocked nose or cold neither I am sneezing Also can I booze if I am having this medicine as there is a wedding
