What causes constant nausea, headache and nasal congestion?

Question: I have had regular naseau for about two months now, i cant seem to pinpoint any triggers. Meaning if it happens after eatkng, or certain foods or on an empty stomach. Also i have been waking up with a headache and nasal congestion which im not sure if it is linked or possibly just seasonal allergies

In my opinion, you are mostly having GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease).
This is the most common cause for nausea.
So you should start pantoprazole tablet on empty stomach twice daily.
Avoid hot and spicy food. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep your self hydrated. Avoid large meals, instead take frequent small meals.

I do drink on occasion yes maybe 5-6 a week usually over the weekend not usually during the week. I do also eat spicy food.
