What Causes Constant Fever In A Child?

Question: Hi, My daughter aged 8 has been having fever every 10- 12 hours for the last 12 days . We admister Tylenol and it is back to normal and it repeats periodically. Her blood work, urine and chest is normal. What could the issue.
