Brief Answer:
conjunctival hematoma spreading to cornea due to developmental continuity.

Detailed Answer:
It is conjunctival hematoma. It may be due to rupture of blood vessel , hypertension, constipation .Injury in forehead , chronic cough and because of developmental continuity it is spreading. It is self limiting.
-Apply cold compression.
-Reason of hematoma should be treated. Investigate all probable causes and if found it is to be treated.

No specific treatment is available or required. As said it is self limiting and will regress of its own.The blood will be absorbed. No treatment even it spreads to cornea. In cornea it will slowly regress and colour will fade slowly. Cold compression is enough to stop it and helps to regress,if external injury in forehead then it should be treated like any other injury.
Take rest.
