What Causes Confusion And Tiredness While On Metroprolol?

Question: I have been having issues with my heart, verified by EKGs etc...U did have a heart attacj 12 years ago, and have 2 stents.....yearly check ups ( up to now) have been fine. I have been on Toprol XI 100mg since the hear attack. Carefully goinmh over my meds this morning I discovered that recently (through Exprexx Scripts) I had been also given Metroprolol 100mg and have been taking it. Couldn't this be why My heart is acting crazy, I extrememly shakey, tired, confused, totaly opposite from being my normal self. I am never sick, am very active, a positive type person etcv.
