Brief Answer:
get her clinically examined and investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, I would suggest that get her clinically examined and investigated. Following investigations may be helpful :-
1. Thyroid profile.
2. Complete Blood Count ( CBC ).
3. Blood sugar levels.
4. Blood pressure and heart rate monitoring.
5. Temperature charting. She should drink warm liquids and wear warm clothes. Avoid alcohol, if any. Decrease in body temperature is common as age advances and should be taken care of.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.
