Brief Answer:
Physiological flow prior to periods

Detailed Answer:
Hi, Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I went through your query and understood your concerns.

Use of antibiotic do changes vaginal normal bacteria count and do affects secretions. Some amount of white discharge does occur prior to onset of periods. This is normally seen in women; need not to worry.

As you started on antibiotic better to complete course of antibiotic according to your doctors advice. If your discharge continues after the period dates, better to get PAP smear test done.

HSV has different type of presentation and your symptoms are not related to HSV infection.

Hope i answered your query.Feel free to ask further related query.

Wish you a good health.
