Oily Substance In Urine. Normal? Not Pregnant, Have H.S. In Armpits, Groin

Im a 30 year female about 195 pounds in weight. But lately I notice I have this oily substance in my urine when I use the bathroom. Is that normal? What is it and should I go to my gyn for medical treatment? And no I am not pregnant. And I suffer from H.S which occurs under my armpits n groin n in between vaginal areas and butt cheeks. Can this also be the cause of oily substance in urine?

hi.. oily substance in urine cannot be due to HSV infection.. get one urine routine examination done.. For Herpes simplex 2 infection, you need to put on antiviral treatment with acyclovir, need to treat your sexual partner also... see your Dermatalogist for this.. all the very best...
