Brief Answer:
I would blame prednisone.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to HCM: Please note that prednisone is notorious for causing bizarre symptoms, many of which revolve around emotional lability acutely.

They make people feel very nervous and anxious, some are jittery and others are plain delirious on prednisone.

I would also add that prednisone can make you feel bloated and this could be the feeling you have.

However, Keflex also has this tendency. So, in short, it's the Prednisone, especially if you have not had it before could be the culprit of your symptoms.

I hope this helps.
