What Causes Chest Tightness, Fatigue, Swelling In The Lower Legs And Abdomen?

Question: weight gain 15 to 20 lbs in a few weeks, swelling in lower legs, abdomen, sob and tightness in chest getting worse over time, pain in lower right leg, fatigue, general not feeling well, worsening over time.

also, decrease in urine out put noticed, with strong odor in urine

Your concern is appreciated
Your symptoms can be explained by many pathologies it may include congestive heart failure where heart fails as a pump and all the above symptoms can develop. Renal failure is another possibility . Liver cirrhosis can also result in this. Hypothyroidism make the body functions slow down and can result in weight gain and feeling of tiredness, the condition can be due to side effect of any meds taken. Rheumatoid arthritis can be consider as one possible cause and automimmune disease can also be considered vascultitis may be the reason.
The investigation required includes FBC, LFTs, RFTs,S/E u/s abdomen and pelvis, chest x ray, echocardiography , Ecg, urine r/e , renal U/s
The treatment depends upon the underline pathology.
