Brief Answer:
?? Premature ventricular contractions; possibly innocent and benign

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. These are possibly premature ventricular contractions which can sometimes feel like jolts in the chest and sometimes be as mild as just fluttering. I understand how they can be concerning, but they are mostly not a cause for concern.

Although your description does match my suspicion, I would still prefer it if you would visit your doctor for an elaborate cardiac profile in order to make sure my suspicion turns out to be true, and also so that we can most certainly rule out any other causes for concern.

I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help.

Best wishes.
