Brief Answer:
LRTI

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
You seem to be suffering Lower Respiratory Tract Infection (LRTI) that can be an Acute Bronchitis or Pneumonia.

I would advise in such scenario, to get your Chest X-Ray done.

Also, your doctor will evaluate you for any evidence of congestion in your chest.

If the chest auscultation reveals Wheezes / Rhonchi, you would require Nebulization or bronchodilators based on the severity of congestion.

If found to have Pneumonia, you would require to take antibiotics like Azithromycin or Amoxycillin. You should also do warm saline gargles and steam inhalation. Tablet Paracetamol is given on as or when required basis for fever and body pains.

This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
Stay Healthy.

Brief Answer:
Unlikely.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, We don't suspect lung cancer with such a short history as of yours.
We do suspect that in cases where there is a long history of cough , blood in sputum and weight loss.
In my opinion get a Chest X-ray and that would also rule out presence of any mass lesion.
Good luck.
