Brief Answer:
Cardiac disease likely,get angiography.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

Chest constriction along with shortness of breath is very characteristic of heart diseases especially ischemic heart disease (IHD).
Although all investigations pertaining to heart- ECG, echocardiography, treadmill stress test, heart enzyme test and chest X-ray are normal; the cardiac ailment cannot be completely ruled out.
Since, there is component of shortness of breath, I would suggest you to consult a pulmonologist for pulmonary function test to assess the functional capacity of lungs.
I am of the opinion that an angiography should also be performed to assess the status of major coronaries of heat (4 coronaries).
In this test, either an obstruction is detected or the coronaries are absolutely patent.
The latter situation is suggestive of involvement or obstruction of smaller epicardial blood vessels of heart. Treatment of this condition is medical.

However, appropriate management can only be performed when exact cause for chest constriction and shortness of breath is found out.

If you have more queries, I will be glad to answer.
