Brief Answer:
CT scan abdomen and colonoscopy

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Since you are having a change in bowel habits, change in the consistency of your stool, rectal bleeding and a feeling that bowel doesn't empty completely I will advise you to do a CT scan of whole abdomen as the symptoms could be a sign of colon cancer.

I will also advise you to do a colonoscopy test and if any lesion is found in the colon then biopsy has to be done from it to rule out malignancy.

DR De
