Brief Answer:
HPV infection could be without symptomes.

Detailed Answer:
Hello! I have been through your question.
Please could you send me an attached picture of this test.
You should know that CIN is also called cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and this means that abnormal cells were found on the surface of your cervix.
CIN is usually caused by certain types of human papillomavirus (HPV) and is found when a cervical biopsy is done. It is known that patient could be infected with HPV and have no symptomes.

I hope my answer helps you.
Feel free to ask me further.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Please see the detailed answer below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello! I have been through your question.
I am sorry for the misunderstanding your question.

If you have a negative HPV test and abnormal cells usually this means:
- Your Pap test found abnormal cells and your HPV test did not find HPV.
In this case it is important to find out why the two tests are showing
different things. So, I suggest to do a colposcopy to take a closer look at your cervix to find out if your cells are abnormal and to repeat the HPV test.
As well you should know that this abnormal cells could be related to life changes like pregnancy, or other infection.

I hope my answer helps you.
Regards.
