What Causes Cervical Dilation, Lower Abdominal Pain And Negative Pregnancy Test?

Question: I am 28 yrs old and ive been on the depo shot for 9 months i have been having odd symptoms of pregnancy and pain in the rest side of my lower abdomen ive done plenty of pregnancy test all come back negative and just noticed as well that cervix has dilhated to 5 cm and im leaking strange fluid on and off this has been going on for a moth. Last pregnncy i too was october 29th came back negative it was a blood one. Now my last period was september 26th and i dont think any chance im pregnate also because they did ultrasound and everything is normal but they did listen for something on the right side of my abdomen and swore i heard a heartbeat but i have really no clue cause they didnt say anything about me being pregnante i really dont understand what is going on with me can you please help.

A cervix dilated to 5 cm suggests a pregnancy. The test does not come positive after 3 months of pregnancy. But if you had regular periods till Sept then you are not pregnant. If no pregnancy is detected on ultrasound scan then you are not pregnant. Your findings regarding dilated cervix may be wrong. Do consult a gynecologist for a proper examination.
