Question: im a virign i have recurring burning sansation in my vaginal area and anus and burning while urinating. urine analysis is negative and ultra sound negative.

I have a little bit of itchiness in the vagina and anus area, i have cloudy discharge normal smell, i did urinary analysis its negative, i take iron defeciency tablets

Your symptoms are suggested of fungal infection.
You can use antifungal treatment to relief your symptoms and you can use candid - b for local application.
You can use cotrimazole vaginal tablets for vaginal use for 6-7 days.
Keep the area dry and clean,wear loose fitting cotton undergarments and take probiotics.
