What Causes Burning Sensation During Urination?
Question: in the morning I have an urgent need to pee, but before any urine is passed, a creamy sort of liquid is passed, also a burning sensation when urinating and more frequent urinating have been noticed

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have noticed creamy liquid before passing urine in the morning and had urgency , burning and frequency of urination

1) Did you have painful ejaculation ?
2) Do you have pain in perineal region ?
All these symptoms are suggestive of infection of Prostate (Prostatitis.)
Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Serum PSA.
4) Swab test and culture of urethral discharge obtained after prostatic massage
In the mean while start taking antibiotics like Doxicycline and anti inflammatory medicine like Diclofenac twice daily along with urine alkalizer thrice daily .
Get the prescription of drugs from your family physician .
Further treatment will depend upon clinical findings ,result of these tests and final diagnosis.
