What Causes Burning Pain In The Knee?

Question: I have a burning sensation behind my left knee. It isn't a constant sensation, but when it does happen, there is pain on the inside of the knee, and associated swelling. I do have arthritis and bone spurs in that knee. and possible tear in the meniscus.

hello,
I have studied your case.Burning pain is due to stretching of nerves. I have following suggestions for you.
1.Take Methylcobal daily.it will improve your nerve strength. Also you can take tablet Pregabalin at night time.
2.Hot water fomentation to knee joints.
3.Avoid squatting and sitting cross leg.
4.Take 1000 mg calcium daily and 60000 unit vitaminD 3 per week for six weeks.
5.Volitran gel local application can be done.
6.Static quadriceps exercises also improves muscle strength.
