Brief Answer:
Kindly upload Images with good resolution

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am Dr. Kakkar (dermatologist). I have read your question and I have also reviewed the Images.

In these images I can appreciate a growth on scrotum and axillary regions. This could either be a skin tag Or a wart, but I am sorry the Images are not very clear. They are blurred and I cannot visualise these skin lesions with clarity. Kindly upload images with good focus and clarity so that I am able to guide you better.

Hello Doctor,

Thanks a lot for the reply, Are the tags on testicles and under arm same. I'm really worried about them Kakkar, As I saw HPV symptoms online and pictures and they resemble the cauliflower type of warts. Please confirm and give me some explanations and how can I reduce them.

Thank you,
doctor

Brief Answer:
Electrocautery to get rid of skin tags

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Yes,both of these are skin tags.
It is quite common to confuse them with warts. Warts are rough and usually have multiple papillomatous projections that fuse at base, like a cauliflower whereas skin tags are smooth even though the surface may have rugosities that are actually different from papillomatous projections of warts.
Skin tags need to be removed with an electrocautery machine. It is minor procedure. I suggest you to visit a dermatologist in your region for the needful.

Brief Answer:
DNA PCR for HPV types

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

I think these are not genital warts. These are skin tags. You may get them removed anyways with electrocautery.
If you wish you can specifically go for a DNA PCR test for HPV types 6,11,16,18. These HPV types are responsible for more than 95% of cases of genital warts. A negative DNA PCR test for HPV would be confirmatory that these are not genital warts.
