Brief Answer:
Please follow the suggetsions given below...

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read carefully all XXXXXXX concerns and I understood your query.

You are reporting that XXXXXXX has bulky brown bowel movements, has gained weight .
-Her symptoms may be related with IBS with constipation. The brown color of her stools is related with the long time that the fecal mass pass through gut during constipation. Her symptoms like bulky brown stools are not common related with
GI inflammation.

-With regards to irregular periods it may be related with :
- ovarian issues ( cyst or polycystic ovaries)
- hormonal misbalance

If I were her treating doctor I would suggest to consult gynecologist and perform abdominal and pelvic ultrasound to better evaluate ovarian issues.

Meantime I suggest to change lifestyle like:
- use plenty of water up to 3 L per day
- increase physical activity
- use olive oil
- use fiber packs
Hope it was helpful to you.
