Question: Hello m 21 year old boy..in my groin penis area there r some brown white patches.i wnt to knw dat is it wht else??

I have gone through your query and picture. Recurrent fungal infection can give such pigmentation. Using ointments containing combination of antifungal agents like miconazole or terbinafine and corticosteroid like flucinolone will be helpful.
You can also use kojic acid, vitamin E and vitamin C based creams for local application. This is available in brands like biolite, kc lite etc. You can use kojic acid soap for washing the area also. Use cotton and loose underwear. Avoid under wear while sleeping.
