Brief Answer:
nutritional deficincies-requires evaluation.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having burning sensation in tongue.

As per your clinical details, it appears to be due to nutritional deficiencies or fungal infection secondary to medications.

Tiredness or fatigue is common in electrolyte imbalance or iron deficiency.

I suggest you to consult ent surgeon, get detailed Ent examination, blood tests (sodium, potassium, chlorides) minerals (calcium, iron). Depending on the examination, treatment can be started.

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.

I forgot to mention that last year in the winter I had an emergency of pain and terrible diarhea and blood-I was diagnosed in the Boca Regional emergency that my large intestines didn't get enough blood. For 10 days I was put on two very strong antibiotic.
I also have IBS.
Since than I was put on baby-aspirin and statin.
I can not eat any milk product and if I do I have to take a lactate enzyme.

Brief Answer:
Fungal infection-requires ent examination.

Detailed Answer:

Hello again,

Thanks for considering my answer and for your follow up.

Ischemic colitis (not enough blood in intestine), on two courses of antibiotics could be a cause for fungal infection.

IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) itself, can cause nutritional deficiencies.

Kindly evaluate with the investigations, what I have already mentioned.

Hope, I have answered your query.

All the best,
Take care.
