Brief Answer:
Some suggestions for labs you need to do

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using HCM,

When I read all your symptoms, they would fit very well for Hypothyroidism, so low production of thyroid hormones. So, my first suggestion would be to check your TSH level again in another lab, and make sure its not a lab mistake.

On the other side, I would also thing of an anemia problem. It is very common in people who have thyroid problem. So doing a CBC (complete blood count) would help to rule that out, if you haven't done the last 6 months.

Since you are overweight, you may need as well to check Fasting glicemia, and the Kreatinine, to make sure those symptoms are not coming from diabetes or a problem with the kidneys.

There are my thoughts so far.
Let me know if you need more clarifications.

Take care.
