Brief Answer:
Needs workup for mysthenia gravis and some relevant labs

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic!

Based on the history you have shared, blurring with exertion needs workup for mysthenia gravis which is a disorder in which, with exertion gradual muscle weakness occurs and same start predominantly from small muscles of eyes. But before jumping to such diagnose baseline work up do levels of vitamin B12, D3 and A alongwith thyroid levels need to be evaluated. Also plan detailed eye examination with an opthamologist to look for any abnormality within the eye as arthritis with eye involvement needs to evaluation of eyes for findings like uveitis as these concomitantly occur with some types of arthropathies.

If these are normal, workup with visual evoked potentials and MRA may be needed for MS and any cranial arteries aneurysms but these come at very late stages of workup of all other things turn out to be normal.

Meanwhile take B12, D3 and vitamin A. Hoping you a speedy recovery.
