What Causes Blurred Vision Along With Dizziness And Discomfort Rib Cage?

age 54 ht 6'2" wght 325
walk twice a day. am walk felt lightheaded.. vision blurry like being underwater and behind muscles just under ribcage/breast bone feel funny... evening walk again with no blurry vision but lightheaded and funny under ribs again... now a little twinge left armpit... anything to worry about? taking aspirin per day and bp med losartan, and vascepa as well as allergy meds montelukast & azelastine hcl

Since you are taking blood pressure medication losartan and also aspirin the condition of your heart needs to be checked and the dose of losartan needs to be reduced if there is low bloood pressure.
